Charges
We Do NOT CHARGE an initial letting fee, and our ongoing
management commission is ONLY 10.0% of subsequent rental payments.
We make NO admin charge for each renewal of an existing agreement.
There are no other standard fees or charges. No up front
charges - nothing to pay until a tenant moves in and starts
paying rent.
